January 2009: In response to your comments, we've made our "References" and "Articles" pages easier to use. Now there's side navigation links just like our "regular" pages.
If you've visited us before, you'll notice that we've streamlined our design so that it downloads faster. It should also be more accessible for those of you who use mobile devices to access the Web. We've also tried to make material easier to find and read.
As before, all our pages are printer-friendly so that no images or navigation menus are printed.
Let us know how you like the new layout! And if there's other topics you'd like us to include, please tell us. We're always looking to expand our material and get the information to you.
